AMS is seeking an MSP Recruiting Specialist in Washington to partner with hiring managers and staffing suppliers to deliver talent solutions under tight deadlines. You will build strong relationships, drive direct sourcing efforts, manage multiple requisitions, and act as a trusted recruiting partner while ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruiting.
• Stakeholder relationship management with hiring managers and staffing vendors.
• Familiarity with ATS/recruiting tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and quick learning of new systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven staffing or recruiting environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously under aggressive timelines.
• Vendor/supplier management and white-glove client service.

Responsibilities

• Apply direct sourcing and recruiting expertise to identify and engage top talent while delivering qualified candidates within tight hiring timelines.
• Use relationship-building and stakeholder management to partner with hiring managers and provide an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal recruiting teams to fill open requisitions and meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple requisitions, conduct intake discussions, and drive recruiting strategies.
• Improve talent delivery and recruitment efficiency through strong communication, proactive sourcing, and supplier engagement.
