Qualifications

• At least two years experience working for an MSP.
• Experience with MSP-specific tools like Autotask, Datto RMM and ITGlue.
• Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and remediate computer and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computers, servers, firewalls and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware issues.
• Diagnose and repair network issues.
