Job summary

Meriplex is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Technical Assistance Center in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This role is second-tier support handling Level 2 end-user issues, following SOPs, and delivering strong customer service while resolving tickets.

You will handle AD/Office 365, VPN, GPO, VMware, server maintenance, firewalls, Azure, Exchange, SAN, MFA, and Azure subscriptions. The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting MSP-level technical help desk.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows admin.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex networking and security concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with end-users.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Active Directory and Office365 user account support.
• Deliver network and end-user VPN access support.
• Provide advanced level Active Directory GPO support.
• Offer second level VMware support.
• Administer server maintenance, security groups, and SAN connectivity.
• Perform basic firewall administration.
