Job summary

Randstad is seeking an MSP Specialist to join the Sourceright division. You will implement a managed services program strategy, service assigned customers, and drive supplier governance and reporting.

The role focuses on achieving spend, revenue, and profit targets through effective program delivery. You will collaborate with executives, manage day-to-day supplier activity, and ensure accurate VMS data, posting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and managing large accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to document requirements and ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the talent partner for assigned customers and programs.
• Implement and deliver MSP program strategies to meet targets.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure SLAs and budgets are met.
• Lead governance, reporting, and quarterly business reviews via VMS data.
• Manage day-to-day supplier interactions and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
