Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Program Consultant in Kalamazoo, MI to act as a strategic partner across geographies, guiding talent acquisition strategies and vendor engagement. You will optimize requisitions, leverage VMS tech, and help shape compliant, high-quality workforce solutions.

The role emphasizes stakeholder relationship management, program mentoring, and continuous improvement across the supplier community. Travel may be required based on client scope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in a related field or 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions.
• Proven experience with MSP/VMS or contingent labor programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify job responsibilities, skills, and requirements for requisitions.
• Develop tailored talent acquisition strategies to meet workforce needs.
• Provide consultative support to optimize requisition quality, accuracy, and speed-to-fill.
• Gather, analyze, and deliver labor market insights and compensation benchmarks.
• Advise clients and suppliers on market trends and candidate availability.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and end users.
• Serve as primary contact for client issues and requisition challenges.
• Mentor Program Consultants and Engagement Coordinators.
