Job summary

Randstad is seeking an MSP Specialist to join the Sourceright division. You will implement a managed services program strategy, service assigned customers, and drive supplier governance and reporting.

The role focuses on achieving spend, revenue, and profit targets through effective program delivery. You will collaborate with executives, manage day-to-day supplier activity, and ensure accurate VMS data, posting, and reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the talent partner for assigned customers and programs.
  • Implement and deliver MSP program strategies to meet targets.
  • Oversee service delivery and ensure SLAs and budgets are met.
  • Lead governance, reporting, and quarterly business reviews via VMS data.
  • Manage day-to-day supplier interactions and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are hiring an MSP Specialist to join our Sourceright division. The MSP Specialist will be accountable for implementing and delivering a successful managed services program strategy to meet/exceed spend/revenue and profit targets.

What you get to do:
  • Service the talent needs of an assigned customer(s)
  • Implement strategies to capture market share
  • Manage the delivery of products/services to achieve the agreed end result
  • Budget accountability & goals and objectives management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for non-FTE procurement
  • Execute & deliver processes and procedures for achieving service level metrics
  • Strategic Communication, Governance & Reviews: Play a supporting role on supplier calls/newsletters and QBRs, focusing on pulling and maintaining VMS reporting and ad-hoc report requests (headcount, turnover, spend, time-to-fill)
  • Supplier Program Management: Manage day-to-day transactional supplier interactions, answer routine invoice/payment inquiries, assist with general onboarding/offboarding workflows, and manage site injury protocols
  • Shared Day-to-Day Operations: Execute core recruiting lifecycle operations including conducting intake/recruiting strategy calls for new managers and professional roles, hosting Supplier Spotlight calls, managing job posting updates and 2x weekly manager follow-ups in Fieldglass, and conducting weekly reviews of open/aged orders
What you need to bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality
  • Management skills including people development and team building
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
  • Data & VMS Administration: Direct accountability for VMS Data Maintenance (e.g., executing data load templates in Fieldglass) and routine VMS Job Posting Template Data Entry together we grow

Salary Range:

$56,800 - $75,000

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
