Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Consultant II to manage and optimize supplier performance across a regional territory. You will lead supply chain projects, analyze data, and align roadmaps with client goals during new implementations and ongoing MSP programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the program office, mentorship of new team members, and strong communication with clients and suppliers. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree or post-secondary education required.
• 3+ years business experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting).
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.
• Experience with Outlook and basic office tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and comfort with client stakeholders and suppliers.
• Organizational agility and ability to navigate internal teams to achieve goals.
• Detail oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and lead Supply Chain Management projects/initiatives (e.g. supplier surveys, optimizations, RFPs, supplier sourcing).
• Analyze supplier data and provide quarterly optimization summaries and recommendations.
• Follow up on recommendations post-implementation and provide impact analysis to program office and client.
• Publish impact analysis results via blog/case study/white paper with senior support as needed.
• Create annual client roadmaps aligning supply chain strategy with program goals and market trends.
• Conduct quarterly supplier performance review sessions with program office.
• Document and manage supplier performance improvement plans.
