Job summary

CAI is a global services firm seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager who can lead client programs from discovery through launch and into operations. This remote role requires strong organization, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to align project plans with client objectives.

The ideal candidate has MSP program experience, proficient planning skills, and comfort guiding multi-stakeholder initiatives in public or commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years leading client implementations or programs.
• Experience with MSP programs is required.
• Strong planning, organizational and delivery capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning.
• Translate requirements into detailed implementation plans and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet standards and timelines.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions throughout implementation.
• Oversee launch and transition to ongoing program operations.
• Foster strong client relationships and clear stakeholder communication.
