Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing IT projects in a fast-paced MSP environment. You will oversee server/cloud migrations, security deployments, and network upgrades, coordinating with account managers, vCIOs, and technical leads.

The role requires strong communication, remote-ready collaboration, and end-to-end delivery from kickoff to handoff. Experience with ConnectWise Manage and IT Glue is preferred; PMP/certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience within MSP/IT consulting.
Proven success managing multiple concurrent client projects.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies (MS 365 & Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects for SMB clients using ITS templates and standards.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with defined scopes, timelines, and resources.
Define scope, tasks, timelines, and assignments; track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
