Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Program Specialist to support MSP program management and maintain client service satisfaction. You will collaborate with the program management team and assist in implementing orders for assigned clients.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication to build relationships with sponsors, staff, and suppliers. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely billing, meeting KPIs/SLAs, and adherence to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–2 years in sales/recruitment/project management preferred.
Strong analytical and judgment skills.
Ability to prioritize, plan, and allocate resources.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provides support to the Program Management Office.
Participates in the implementation process on orders for assigned clients.
Develops relationships with client sponsors at assigned clients.
Assists with expanding client relationships to increase revenue and market share.
Maintains client service satisfaction with collaboration from team.
Ensures accurate and timely billing processes by clients and suppliers.
Ensures KPIs and SLAs are met and documented.
Adheres to internal policies and healthcare regulations.
