Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client program implementations from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage plans, and ensure alignment with client objectives and standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in implementation or program management, MSP program experience, strong planning, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Strong client‑facing, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable implementation activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning.
• Translate client requirements into timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish project structure, stakeholder responsibilities, communication cadence, and milestones.
• Align activities with client standards and requirements.
• Identify dependencies and potential challenges early and address them in planning.
• Lead implementations from initiation through launch and transition.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, actions and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure follow‑up actions.
• Monitor progress against timelines and address barriers to execution.
• Maintain alignment between client expectations and project objectives.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and decisions.
• Escalate matters requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate launch activities and transition to ongoing operations.
• Capture lessons learned for future improvements.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions to stakeholders at varying levels.
