Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and transition to ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define implementation plans, and ensure alignment with client objectives and standards in a remote-friendly, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has MSP program experience, strong project management skills, and a proactive, client-facing approach to manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong planning and execution skills with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive projects forward and maintain timelines and deliverables.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and priorities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable implementation activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP) and MS Office.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with ownership.
• Preferred: Pixid Pro VMS; experience in professional services or public-sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and sessions to understand objectives, requirements, priorities, and implementation considerations.
• Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish project structure, stakeholder responsibilities, communication cadence, and milestones.
• Align activities with client standards and requirements; identify dependencies early.
• Lead implementations from initiation through launch and transition to ongoing operations.
• Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to keep implementations moving forward.
• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, actions, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Monitor progress against timelines and address barriers to execution.
• Maintain alignment between client expectations and project objectives.
• Identify risks, issues, and decisions; escalate when needed.
• Capture lessons learned and opportunities to improve future implementations.
• Coordinate launch activities and transition to ongoing program operations.
• Foster strong client and cross-functional collaboration; communicate status and priorities clearly.
