Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and transition to steady state operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, translate client requirements into concrete plans, and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.

The ideal candidate has MSP program experience, strong organizational and client‑facing skills, and comfort navigating multi‑stakeholder environments. This is a full‑time, remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning to translate requirements into plans.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks and issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate launch and transition activities from implementation to ongoing operations.
