Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with client objectives, and manage timelines to ensure successful implementations.

The ideal candidate has MSP program experience, strong planning and client-facing skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning from initial discovery to launch.
• Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; escalate as needed and drive resolutions.
• Monitor progress against timelines and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Support transition from implementation into ongoing program operations and capture lessons learned.
