Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, translate client requirements into actionable plans, and ensure alignment with established standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate has MSP program experience, strong planning and client‑facing skills, and comfort guiding complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Strong client‑facing, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Pixid Pro VMS (Vector) and in public‑sector environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning from objective definition through milestones.
• Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish project structure, stakeholder responsibilities, communication cadence, and key milestones.
• Align activities with standards and client-specific requirements.
• Identify dependencies and potential challenges early and incorporate them into planning.
• Lead implementations from initiation through launch and transition to operations.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to keep implementations moving forward.
• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, actions, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Monitor progress against timelines and address barriers to execution.
• Maintain alignment between client expectations and project objectives.
• Coordinate items for program launch and transition to ongoing operations.
• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future implementations.
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
