Job summary

Candidates should have 3+ years in IT support, MSP experience preferred, proficient with Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, M365/Azure, backup solutions, and RMM/PSA tools; strong communication and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support with MSP experience preferred.
• Experience administering Windows server environments and virtualization.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365/Azure administration and Azure AD.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with endpoint protection, EDR, MDR, and ITDR.
• Solid networking and security fundamentals.
• Proficient with RMM and ticketing/PSA tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for servers, networks, and software.
• Perform patch management, backups, and monitoring.
• Monitor security tooling and respond to alerts per SOC/MDR.
• Manage network devices and VPNs; ensure secure client environments.
• Maintain client relationships with proactive support and documentation.
