TeamLogic IT, Inc. is seeking a diligent Managed IT Services Level 1 Technician to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. This role provides remote and on-site support for SMB clients, handling hardware/software installation, maintenance, and proactive security tasks.

Strong communication and customer service are essential. The position emphasizes issue logging, SLA adherence, documentation, and collaboration within a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in MSP or IT support for SMB clients preferred.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to SMB clients.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring.
• Log and manage incidents per SLAs and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear client communication and status updates.
• Document client systems, configurations, and procedures.
