Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Prior MSP or IT support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Knowledge of networks and common business apps (Microsoft 365, G Suite).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to SMB clients.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, backups, and monitoring.
• Act as first point of contact for IT incidents; log and track per SLAs.
• Communicate status updates to clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Document client systems and procedures in the ticketing system.
• Implement and monitor security measures (antivirus, firewalls).
• Assist with hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
