Job summary

TeamLogic IT, Inc. is seeking a diligent MSP Level 1 Technician to join our Needham-Wellesley team. You will provide remote and on-site support, maintain client systems, and resolve incidents per SLAs while ensuring excellent customer experience.

The role requires strong IT knowledge, proactive problem solving, and effective communication with SMB clients. On-premises work in MA with remote support is common, offering a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in MSP or IT support for SMBs preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS, networks, and common business apps (Microsoft 365, G Suite).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or MCP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to SMB clients.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents per SLAs as first point of contact.
• Maintain clear client communication and regular status updates.
