Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an IT Support Engineer for our Bluff City MSP team. You will provide technical support across desktops, servers, networks, cloud services, and security platforms, with emphasis on Windows environments and Microsoft 365.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication. This in-person, full-time position offers on-site client support, with overtime, on-call rotation, and opportunities to work across diverse client environments while growing

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional IT support or related technical experience.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client IT support is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, MFA, and user accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, servers, networks, and applications.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across client environments and take ownership from investigation to resolution.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, peripherals, and system performance.
• Coordinate with team for escalations to vendors or specialized resources.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and client communication.
