Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a skilled Level 3 IT Technician to provide advanced technical support across diverse client environments. You will handle complex escalations, maintain critical systems, and ensure smooth operation of infrastructure and services.

In this role you will diagnose hardware, software and network issues, manage servers and virtualization, and contribute to cloud deployments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to mentor peers and document solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in advanced IT support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Solid understanding of networks (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, M365, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced technical escalations that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or 2 technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms.
• Perform system monitoring, patching, and performance optimization.
• Support networking infrastructure, including routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Implement security best practices, including backup management and threat mitigation.
• Assist with IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices.
