Qualifications

3+ years IT support in desktop/Help Desk/MSP environment.
Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Experience with endpoint deployment/management and networking basics.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote end-user support across client environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printing, and connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft 365 apps and services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in AD and Microsoft 365.
Assist with Office applications installation and troubleshooting.
