Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on IT support in a similar role.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows workstations and servers.
• MSP experience and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in white-glove calls during high-urgency escalations.
• Deploy technical solutions to recurring issues and new services.
• Analyze ticket trends to identify improvements and address issues.
• Troubleshoot network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and APs.
• Remediate compromised accounts using security tools.
• Support O365 and G Suite with SPAM filtering tools.
• Administer end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Set up, install, and troubleshoot Office and Windows applications.
• Provide third-party vendor management assistance.
• Ensure SLAs are met for all customers.
