Job summary

Cyberlocke is seeking a Mid-Level Managed Services Engineer to support diverse client environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting, infrastructure optimization, and documentation while delivering reliable, customer-focused service.

You will handle Windows and Linux systems, automate tasks with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and security. This is an in-office position with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure/AWS) and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve high-level technical issues with a customer-first mindset.
• Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize client networks and infrastructure.
• Lead troubleshooting across systems, networks, and applications.
• Manage Windows and Linux systems, including hardening and tuning.
• Write scripts to automate routine tasks (PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
• Support system availability, backups, redundancy, and security strategies.
• Collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in design and support of operational tooling.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incidents.
• Manage ticket queues and SLA expectations; perform on-call tasks.
