Delta-T Group is seeking an MSP Salesperson specializing in Education Staffing Solutions in Bryn Mawr, PA. You will build relationships with school districts and educational organizations to introduce staffing and workforce solutions, identify opportunities, and position Delta-T Group as the trusted partner for workforce needs.

You will conduct outbound activities, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and grow a robust pipeline while collaborating with recruiting and operations for a seamless

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, staffing, education, or professional services.
• Experience selling staffing solutions or working with school districts is a strong plus.
• Excellent prospecting and cold-calling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education market.
• Prospect and establish relationships with school district leaders, administrators, HR professionals, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Introduce our education staffing and MSP solutions to prospective clients.
• Learn about each organization's staffing challenges and develop solutions aligned with their needs.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person business development activities.
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Develop proposals and participate in contract and business negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of prospects, activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a successful client experience.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Meet or exceed established business development and revenue goals.
