Delta-T Group Corp in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our growing corporate team. This full-time role focuses on staffing, recruiting, and customer service, connecting professionals with meaningful opportunities in healthcare and social services.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, coordinating placements and onboarding to ensure smooth operations. You’ll join a collaborative team in a stable company with growth opportunities, working to place

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and growing client relationships through supporting Account Management.
• Coordinate candidate placements and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Follow up on leads and assist in converting new business opportunities.
• Partner with recruiters to fill open positions efficiently.
• Manage daily communication with clients and consultants.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate records and improve workflow processes.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
