Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand partnerships with schools, healthcare organizations, and social service providers nationwide. You will build relationships, prospect actively, and close new business with the support of a well-established organization.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with leadership opportunities and a strong national footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, staffing, business development, account management, or customer service preferred.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Proven ability to meet goals, build relationships, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with schools, healthcare organizations, and community-based agencies.
• Prospect through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Present Delta-T Group’s staffing and workforce solutions in a consultative manner.
• Maintain ongoing follow-up and relationship management with prospects and clients.
• Attend conferences, networking events, and community functions to generate new business opportunities.
• Track activity, pipeline growth, and sales performance metrics.
