Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking an energetic Staffing Manager in Bryn Mawr, PA to lead a recruitment team, drive financial and operational goals, and develop client relationships. The role emphasizes coaching, performance metrics, and strong customer service within a growing behavioral health referral context.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of leadership in recruiting, and proven ability to forecast, budget, and implement growth strategies while maintaining high standards

Qualifications
