Delta-T Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Education department in Bryn Mawr, PA. You will lead daily operational workflows, coordinate with external clients, and supervise a team of recruiters at the corporate office.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree, 1+ year in recruitment or customer service, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree required.
• 1+ year recruitment or customer service experience with phone resolution.
• 1+ year management experience.
• Strong phone rapport building.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently toward assigned goals.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage metrics and hand out ads, staffing models, client satisfaction, and performance levels.
• Lead, organize, and implement special projects or performance improvement activities.
• Recruit: source, interview, and credential prospective professionals available for staffing.
• Represent your team at job fairs, conferences, trade shows, and other recruitment events when needed.
• Maintain and develop relationships with local schools.
• Provide strong leadership that mentors and develops your team of associates.
