Job summary

Workwell North America in San Diego is seeking an Operations, Compliance & Implementation Specialist to support MSP programmes, drive compliance, and deliver data-driven improvements across clients and suppliers.

You'll coordinate onboarding, due diligence, reporting, and training, while ensuring KPIs, service levels, and accurate documentation. This hybrid role offers collaboration across teams and opportunities to enhance processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Has experience within MSP, recruitment, workforce solutions, vendor management, or a similar operational environment.
• Has worked with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms.
• Has experience supporting programme implementation, operations, compliance, analytics, or process improvement initiatives.
• Is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Has strong analytical skills and enjoys using data to identify trends, solve problems, and support decision-making.
• Is a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Has experience managing compliance activities, audits, supplier documentation, or regulatory requirements.
• Is comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with experience of Power BI or Tableau being advantageous.
• Enjoys collaborating across teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Has project coordination or project management experience, ideally within a service delivery, MSP, or operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of MSP programmes, ensuring service levels, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Act as key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving queries and escalating issues where required.
• Maintain accurate programme data, supplier records, and documentation across internal systems.
• Support supplier engagement activities, including communications, performance monitoring, and programme participation.
• Assist with the implementation of new MSP clients, programme launches, and service expansions.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, including due diligence checks, compliance verification, and system setup.
• Deliver training and guidance to suppliers and stakeholders on programme processes and systems.
• Create and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and supporting documentation.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports covering spend analytics, supplier performance, fill rates, cycle times, and financial metrics.
• Analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across VMS and reporting platforms.
• Managing compliance activities, including supplier audits, documentation reviews, contract compliance, and insurance certification tracking.
• Maintaining compliance calendars to monitor audits, renewals, and key programme milestones.
• Conducting audits across onboarding, offboarding, pay rates, and programme documentation to identify and mitigate risk.
• Supporting system enhancements, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Driving standardisation of processes, templates, and best practices across MSP programmes.

As an Operations, Compliance & Implementation Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery and continuous improvement of Workwell MSP programmes. Working closely with clients, suppliers, Programme Managers, and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and the smooth implementation of new programmes and service enhancements.
