Responsabilidades

• Manage MSP accounts to maximize productivity and performance metrics.
• Lead order intake discussions with client Hire Managers.
• Maintain Position Notes templates and update client templates.
• Match candidates to open positions based on facility needs.
• Communicate submission outcomes to all parties.
• Ensure service levels are met within SLA timelines.
• Proactively call facilities to update needs and information.
• Daily follow-ups on submissions, renewals, and P1s.
• Promote Cross Country capabilities to facilitate interviews.
