Job summary

Atrium is hiring an MSP Account Coordinator to support the contingent labor program. You will manage requisitions, assist onboarding, and liaise with hiring managers and staffing suppliers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and compliance within a fast-paced environment. With a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years experience, you will collaborate with the MSP Account Manager and Atrium team, handling client calls, onboarding tasks, and issue resolution across hybrid offices including

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring Managers and Staffing Suppliers through all hiring stages.
• Create and manage requisitions in client VMS and Atrium systems.
• Support onboarding and worker assignment management.
• Track start/end dates and engagement details for accuracy.
• Participate in client calls and provide updates on requisitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to review requisitions and onboarding tasks.
• Respond to inquiries promptly per program SLAs.
• Collaborate with MSP Account Manager and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot onboarding concerns and billing discrepancies.
• Document issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
