Broadleaf Results, an Aleron company, is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to drive recruitment success within an MSP. You will manage talent acquisition processes and foster relationships with suppliers, hiring managers, and client contacts.

The role operates with independence, coordinating across suppliers and the client, and escalating to Program Managers for high-risk situations. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in a fast-paced office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication, customer service, and remote support communication skills.
• A resourceful team-player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding process for contingent workers, ensuring requirements are met on time.
• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers and hiring managers during onboarding and background checks.
• Track candidate progress, provide status updates, and guide timelines.
• Verify compliance requirements before start dates and surface improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate worker-related matters across assignment lifecycle and terminations.
