Job summary

Monument Consulting seeks an Account Coordinator to deliver first level support to the Program Team, end users, and vendors. This role handles requisition management, onboarding/offboarding, and runs scheduled reports within the client’s VMS, acting as MSP liaison.

The AC may cover day-to-day operations in absence of the Account Manager, travels 5-10% and must understand service lines and how clients use them to drive efficient, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of professional experience, 0-1 MSP-VMS experience.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains professional relationships with Hiring Managers.
• Network with supplier partners and internal teams.
• Improve daily service delivery and ensure SLA adherence.
• Understand and support back-end account processes (timesheets, reminders, reports).
• Maintain account documents and assist in onboarding/offboarding labor fills.
• Operate and audit Worker and Supplier processes and ensure policy compliance.
