Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute territory plans and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to neurologists and related healthcare teams.

You will build strategic relationships, analyze market data, and drive product adoption across MS-related biosimilars and infusion therapies. The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, 3+ years in MS, and strong communication and strategic account management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with quotas.
• 3+ years of direct MS sales experience in multiple sclerosis.
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience requested.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center staff.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and strategic account skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers and clinics to expand product reach.
• Develop data-driven territory plans and analyze sales analytics and prescribing trends to meet goals.
• Engage in consultative, evidence-based dialogue on disease state education and workflow considerations.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with practice managers and infusion clinics for access.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking in compliance with regulations.
• Deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to current and prospective customers.
