Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute a strategic territory plan in the College Park, MD area, targeting physicians, HCPs, infusion staff, and clinic personnel. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers, clinics, and health systems to expand product reach and access.
• Address clinical and business needs through evidence-based dialogue on disease state education, therapy differentiation, and workflow considerations.
• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans by analyzing sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competitive dynamics to achieve sales goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and workflows, collaborating with practice managers, specialty pharmacies, and staff to support product administration and access.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking in line with policies and regulations.
