Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to drive product adoption in the US MS space. You will execute strategic territory plans, engage physicians, HCPs, and clinic staff with compliant, evidence-based messaging, and optimize patient access across specialty channels.

The role requires 5+ years pharma sales experience, 3+ years in MS, and biosimilars/infusion sales familiarity. Expect a competitive base salary, potential commissions, and comprehensive benefits under a robust sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience required, with a history of meeting quotas.
• 3+ years of direct MS sales experience required, with expertise in MS landscape and patient journey.
• Biosimilars/infusion therapy sales experience required, including buy-and-bill and specialty networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted providers to expand product reach.
• Maintain rigorous account coverage, call frequency targets, and reach metrics with priority accounts.
• Engage in consultative, evidence-based dialogue on disease state education, differentiation, and workflow concepts.
• Develop data-driven territory plans using sales analytics and prescribing trend insights to meet goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with office staff to support access and administration.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking in line with policies and regulations.
