Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to drive a strategic territory plan across the assigned geography. You will engage physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinic staff with compliant, evidence-based discussions on MS therapies and infusion workflows.

Responsibilities include building strategic relationships, engaging KOLs, analyzing market dynamics, and ensuring accurate CRM records. A base salary is offered with potential car allowance and performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• Three plus years direct sales in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and deep MS landscape knowledge.
• Experience with biosimilars, infusion therapy, buy-and-bill dynamics, and specialty pharmacy networks.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plan and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion staff, and clinic personnel.
• Develop relationships with targeted providers, clinics, and health systems to expand product reach and patient access.
• Engage KOLs and influencers, maintain coverage, and meet call frequency targets.
• Analyze sales data, prescribing trends, and competition to meet quarterly and annual territory goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and workflows with practice managers and infusion clinic staff for seamless access.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking per policies.
