Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in Ashland, VA. You will execute strategic territory plans, delivering compliant, evidence-based messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinic staff within the assigned geography.

You will develop strategic relationships, navigate distribution channels, and address clinical and business needs through consultative dialogue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) required with deep familiarity
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience and understanding of buy-and-bill dynamics
• Documented experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel in the territory
• Proven history of top-tier performance and quota attainment
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, consultative selling, analytics, and strategic account management skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and health systems across the territory to expand product reach and access.
• Maintain account coverage, call frequency targets, and reach metrics with priority accounts.
• Engage in consultative, evidence-based dialogue on disease states, therapy differentiation, and workflow considerations.
• Develop data-driven territory plans by analyzing sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competitive dynamics to hit quarterly/annual goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and coordinate with practice managers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion clinics to support product administration and access.
• Maintain CRM records, customer call reports, and sample tracking in compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
