Job summary

Syneos Health in Ashland, VA is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute the territory plan, delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinic administrators across the assigned geography. You will identify strategic relationships with targeted providers, manage complex MS biosimilars/infusion sales, and utilize data-driven territory planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years direct MS sales experience in MS.
• Biosimilars/infusion sales experience including buy-and-bill dynamics, specialty pharmacy networks, and infusion clinic operations.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel within the territory.
• Proven history of top performance and quota attainment.
• Strong communication, consultative selling, analytics, and strategic account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers and clinics within the assigned geography.
• Maintain rigorous account coverage and achieve call frequency targets and reach metrics with priority accounts.
• Engage in consultative, evidence-based dialogue covering disease state education, therapeutic differentiation, and workflow considerations.
• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans analyzing sales analytics and prescribing trends.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with practice managers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers.
• Maintain CRM records, customer call reports, and sample tracking in compliance with policies.
