Job summary

The role collaborates with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessment, and partnerships.

The position involves developing and maintaining fieldwork partnerships, supporting students and site supervisors, and evaluating placements to ensure quality fieldwork experiences.

Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or equivalent licensure in applicant's state.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CACREP accreditation efforts, including fieldwork development and ongoing assessment.
• Develop the MS-CMHC curriculum and assessment plan with Program Chair and faculty.
• Create partnerships with local and regional agencies for student fieldwork placements.
• Establish and maintain fieldwork agreements between Herzing University and sites.
• Prepare components of accreditation candidacy related to fieldwork.
• Collaborate on program policies and share Fieldwork Manual with students.
