Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a MS-CMHC Clinical Director to oversee the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of the program's practicum and internship fieldwork component, ensuring alignment with CACREP standards and licensing requirements.

The role collaborates with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessment, and accreditation activities; develops partnerships with fieldwork sites; supports students and supervisors; and evaluates placement progress throughout

Qualifications

• Requires PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and CACREP accreditation experience.
• Needs strong background in higher education and clinical supervision.
• Licensed professional licensure in the applicant's state (LP, LPC, LCP, etc.) is required or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the initial CACREP accreditation process for the MS-CMHC program.
• Develop curriculum and assessment plans in collaboration with the Program Chair and faculty.
• Develop and maintain fieldwork partnerships and fieldwork site agreements.
