Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in the United States seeks a Site Operations/Procurement Manager to oversee on-site MRO storeroom operations, optimize inventory levels, and analyze spend for cost savings. You will collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and compliance with contract terms.

Lead staff, build strong customer relationships, implement inventory reduction programs, and report KPIs to the client weekly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in purchasing and managing MRO items.
• Minimum 3 years supervising staff and onsite leadership.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site MRO and storeroom operations and inventory control.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing and timely vendor payments.
• Lead staff and implement inventory reduction programs.
