Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Site Operations and Purchasing Manager in St. Louis, MO to oversee the on-site MRO storeroom, manage inventory levels, and analyze spend for cost savings.

You will collaborate with corporate departments, manage purchasing in SYNC, lead staff, and drive KPI performance under contract. Strong leadership and procurement experience are required with CMMS/EAM familiarity, safety focus, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and managing MRO commodities like electrical, filters, PVF, and related items.
• Experience supervising teams and onsite leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle stress.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and data accuracy.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site MRO and storeroom management, including customer service, supply chain, purchasing, receiving and inventory control.
• Ensure safety rules are observed and documented.
• Learn client contract details to ensure compliance by associates.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with vendors to resolve quality and delivery issues.
• Execute cost-effective purchasing and maintain data integrity in SYNC.
• Collaborate to define strategic plans and prioritize daily tasks.
• Monitor inventory with Lead Inventory Specialist and implement reduction programs.
• Prepare regular reports (stock replenishment, activity, ops reporting) and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate with site buyers and managers to leverage resources.
• Follow supplier programs and collaborate with corporate supply chain.
• Report KPI performance to client on a schedule.
• Build vendor relationships to improve pricing and opportunities.
