Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Director of MRO Sales to lead revenue growth for its FAA Part 145 services, including airframe maintenance and avionics, in Raleigh, NC. You will own the full MRO sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and partner with operations to convert capacity into profitable, on-time work.

You will set sales strategy, build and lead the MRO sales team, and represent the brand across the business-aviation market. Strong leadership and aviation sales background are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Aviation, Business, Aerospace or related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience selling aviation-related products or services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check including employment, education and criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and distributors.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers and coordinate with MRO operations.
• Lead the change order process with program managers and maintenance admins.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize contracts and subcontracts with exhibits and attachments.
• Represent flyExclusive at industry events and marketing conferences.
• Develop market insights and strategic partnerships to grow the business.
