Job summary

Ontic is expanding its Miramar, FL MRO site and seeks a Quality Administrator to support and maintain the QMS. You will manage data in the ERP, review calibration certificates, and maintain documentation with strong attention to detail.

The role requires organizational skills, effective communication, and prior exposure to aviation quality standards. Onsite work with opportunities for growth and participation in audits and CAPA activities are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Syteline ERP is preferred or quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Enter and manage quality data in the ERP system.
• Review calibration certificates for compliance.
• Maintain calibration records and quality documents.
• Organize controlled procedures, forms, and manuals.
• Onboard and qualify new suppliers, support supplier evaluations.
• Assist internal audits, CAPA, and management reviews.
• Track nonconformities and close corrective actions.
• Prepare quality metrics and maintain training records.
