Job summary

Ontic MRO US in Miramar, FL is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage material handling at the 14 CFR part 145 Repair Station warehouse. The role reports to the Director of Operations and is onsite at our Miramar site.

You’ll handle receiving, stocking and issue of materials in the ERP system, perform cycle counts and maintain BOM accuracy while staying compliant with regulatory and company requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year’ experience in aerospace MRO or similar warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to achieve Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Effective verbal communication, ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Analytical and reasoning ability and problem solving.
• Ability to read/understand bill of materials & pick lists.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of material handling within the 14 CFR part 145 Repair Station warehouse.
• Accurate receiving, stocking and issue of material within the ERP system.
• Perform physical inventory and cycle counts & reporting as required.
• Ensure proper identification, lot/batch control, stocking location and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Research and reconcile all inventory discrepancies.

To be considered for the Inventory Control Specialist opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• 1 years’ experience in aerospace MRO or similar warehouse environment preferred

Compensation Pay Range $20-23/hour depending on experience
