Qualifikationen

• Understand inventory management and logistics is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience handling inventory or technical documentation preferred; good organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• You are currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain accurate campus-wide spare parts inventory using Maximo CMMS and inventory control processes.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Issue, receive, track, and deliver parts and materials to support scheduled and emergency maintenance activities.
• Process material requests, requisitions, returns, and repairs/recertifications while maintaining detailed inventory records.
• Spend time in both the field and office supporting inventory operations, data entry, reporting, and documentation management.
• Maintain organized records, service reports, certificates of compliance, and audit documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to technicians, planners, manufacturing teams, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies, standard operating procedures, training requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting overall MRO operations.
