Job summary

Responsibilities include cycle counts, BOM reviews, material planning, and coordination with vendors to ensure reliable parts availability for scheduled maintenance and shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing spare parts inventory and storeroom operations.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Familiarity with SAP and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spare parts inventory activities including stocking, issuing, returning, and tracking materials.
• Receive/verify inventory in SAP; maintain accurate storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate variances to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering and procurement on material needs.
• Support procurement through SAP/Ariba and supplier coordination.
