Job summary

Magna International in Duncan, South Carolina, seeks an MRO Clerk to manage maintenance, tooling spares, and consumables. You will issue requisitions, receive items, and maintain CMMS and SAP data with accurate part descriptions and cross-references.

You will perform cycle counts, monitor min/max levels, and collaborate with suppliers to optimize cost, lead times, and delivery. Prior experience in purchasing and materials is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all MRO inventory including maintenance/tooling spares and consumables.
• Issue purchase requisitions for maintenance materials and receive items.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and ensure accuracy >98%.
• Coordinate vendor service schedules and track part usage and obsolescence.
